What we collect

• Contact and enquiry details you give us through the contact form or chatbot — name, email, phone number, and the content of your message.
• Landlord and property details submitted when enquiring about our guaranteed-rent service.
• Tenant account details for anyone using the tenant portal — name, email, tenancy and payment records, held so we can manage the tenancy and take rent payments.
• Basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) collected automatically to help us keep the site working properly.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide the guaranteed-rent and lettings service you've asked about.
• To manage tenancies, including rent collection, payment reminders and maintenance requests.
• To send relevant updates about properties or your account — you can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Sharing your data

We don't sell personal data. We share it only where needed to provide our service, for example:

• With GoCardless, our payment provider, to process rent payments where you've set up a direct debit through the tenant portal.
• With tradespeople or contractors where necessary to carry out repairs or maintenance you've reported.
• Where we're required to by law.

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, such as keeping you logged in to the tenant portal. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how it's used, subject to our legal and contractual obligations (for example, we need to keep some tenancy and payment records for legal and accounting purposes even after a tenancy ends).
