Send an email
Sends from the address set in the Settings tab. Pick recipients, write your message, send.
GoCardless (client payment portal) Not connected
Needed so tenants can pay online from the Tenant portal. Until this is set, the portal shows bank transfer details instead.
AI (chatbot + reminder drafting) Not connected
Powers the sales chatbot on the public site and the wording of payment reminders. Without this, both still work using plain scripted text.
Email sending
Used for Email marketing and Payment reminders. Uses your server's built-in mail sending — for higher volumes an SMTP/API email service is more reliable against spam filters.
Bank transfer details
Shown to tenants in the portal whenever online payment isn't available.
