About Adam Companies

Who we are

Adam Companies started in 2020 as a building, painting and refurbishment trade business, working directly for homeowners and landlords across the North West. Adam Companies Property is our property management division, built on that same trade background: we agree a fixed monthly rent with landlords, refurbish the property ourselves where it's needed, then let and manage it directly — as a house share, serviced accommodation or corporate let.

Where we operate

We currently take on properties across Manchester, Liverpool and Preston, with typical agreement terms of 3–5 years and the option to renew.
